How does billing work?
You’re charged once a month on the same date you joined. If you’d rather, you can pay for the full year at once at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime from My Account before your next billing date.
When does my box ship?
Tea Club boxes ship at the end of every month. Shipping is free anywhere in the US.
Can I pause or change my tier?
Yes. Email support@teakeasytea.com and we’ll take care of it.
What does “locked for life” mean?
our charter rate stays the same for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies
Does my member discount apply to everything?
Your discount applies to lounge visits and online orders. It does not apply to subscriptions or gift cards.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Yes. Choose a gift subscription at checkout, or email us to set one up.
Where is the lounge?
Teakeasy Tea Lounge, 1553 FM 685, Suite 100, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
Open Wednesday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
